Refund policy

Because each item is handmade, small variations are natural and part of its charm. I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping) as long as the item is in its original condition. Custom pieces are final sale, but I’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
